With FATMAN’s innovative integrated technology, you can connect your FATMAN Scooter to any smartphone. All you have to do is; download it from your Play Store or APP Store on to your device and link it with your unique scooter code (Bluetooth connection). Once you install the APP, you can choose between; predetermined drive modes or customize your own by regulating; Speed, Acceleration, Power and/or Climb. It also features battery level views in percentage (%), average drive time remaining and it can calculate the remaining average drive distance in kilometers.

Of course! The power of the engines that we use allows you to climb slopes and hills with ease on your FATMAN Scooter. The speed in which you go up the hill will vary on the graduality of the hill and the drivers’ height and weight will also become factors affecting the speed in which you can go up hills.
All our FATMAN Scooters are designed to withstand a certain amount of water exposure. We have tested them several times in the rain and we have managed to make it to our destination. They can support the splashes of water, but they can not be submerged or pass over puddles. If your FATMAN Scooter has been exposed to heavy rain or a lot of water, we recommend leaving the scooter to dry naturally for 24 to 48 hours.
The design, battery, and motor make our mobility vehicles a perfect solution for a more economical and efficient method of transport for short distances. The product is designed to make an average of 40km per day, it is not designed for long journeys, although every day we strive to offer greater autonomy and performance.

All our batteries are of the highest quality, from one of the No. 1 manufacturers in the world, which distribute to major brands worldwide. Therefore, All our scooters include a 2-Year Warranty Including the Battery. Keep in mind that other manufacturers or vendors only include 6 months of Warranty.
Our Lithium batteries are safe, certified and can support up to 1500 charges before they begin to lower their capacity and deterioration. The lifespan of our batteries is of 5 years. Once the life of the number of battery charges has been exhausted, a new one will have to be acquired.
Yes, all Citycoco’s have a 2-year warranty on all components and parts of the product. We have all kinds of spare parts, such as batteries, motors, covers, headlights, brakes, handles and other electronics so you don’t have to worry! If something is wrong with our scooters due to fabrication, we will exchange it with no questions asked.
Again, this very much depends on where you’re located. The law differs from countries and municipalities within different countries, so we highly advise you do some research on your location. We can say that most countries are adopting a nationwide regulation that will clarify how and where you can drive our vehicles. For example, in Spain; Our vehicles are considered VMP’s are allowed to drive on roads under 30km/h, Cycle lanes, lanes expressedly authorized by local municipalities and anywhere in private land.
This very much depends on your location. In Europe, most countries have already adopted new regulations to incorporate mobility vehicles to our roads. For example, in Spain currently, there is no national legislation for this type of product. Though, it is a safe product, with CE certificates. It has no contribution, nor insurance, nor ITV, nor any other administrative authorization is required at the moment but the new regulation is ready and is just waiting for approval from the newly elected government. The regulation includes; (As per the DGT Official Magazine, published in October 2019)
- Mobility Vehicles will be considered vehicles.
- They will not be allowed on the sidewalks, like all other vehicles.
- Drivers will be sanctioned for mobile use or alcohol and drug use.
- They will be limited to a maximum speed of 25 km / h.
- You must have a circulation certificate provided by the manufacturer.
- The use of reflective vests and having insurance is recommended, but, at the moment, it will not be mandatory.
